Roofing in Molonglo Valley: new metal roofs, new build issues
Because Molonglo's suburbs are mostly built since the 2010s, you won't find tile restoration work here. It's almost entirely Colorbond metal on modern, low pitch rooflines. New doesn't mean problem-free, though. We're called for builder-defect flashings that were never sealed properly, valley and penetration leaks on complex modern designs, box gutters that pond, and gutter-guard installs for the leaf litter the young street trees will soon drop. Getting these details right early protects roofs that should otherwise last decades.
